PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM

Article 1. Parties

I have read, reviewed, and understood the Personal Data Processing Clarification Text regarding the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data to be collected in the capacity of data controller by Texylon Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Texylon”), residing at İstanbul/Turkey and registered with the İstanbul Trade Registry Office under Registry Number ---------, MERSİS Number ------, and with the ------ Tax Office under Tax Identification Number -----, and I have obtained sufficient information on the subject.

In this context, I hereby accept, declare, and undertake that I consent to any processing operations performed on my personal data, including the acquisition, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer to third parties located domestically and/or abroad, takeover, making available, classification, or prevention of use, through fully or partially automated means or non-automated means provided that they are part of any data recording system, for the purposes notified within the Clarification Text.

Within the scope of this explicit consent text, I hereby grant my explicit consent to the processing of personal data specified under Section C of Texylon's "Clarification Text in Scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data."

I am informed about the matters explained above; I have read and understood this text and the Clarification Text in Scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and in this context, I consent to the processing of the relevant personal data with my explicit consent, approval, and free will.
